The other day, I considered various aspects of Christian faith, mainly in relation to prophetic fulfillment. With that, I thought about the remarkable character of the Lord, who lived as the most courageous and self-sacrificing man in history, blessing the world and all that he created, the only Savior of mankind.

As the author of creation, and the finisher of faith to those who are redeemed by his blood, the Lord Jesus Christ (who is the King of kings and Lord of lords) walked among the people of his time, teaching and presenting the gospel. Then, when the hour arrived, he was crucified according to God's plan for our salvation, shedding his blood for the remission of our sins, laying down his life and taking it up again. Now, and forever, he remains the Lord God Almighty, one with the Father, the bodily aspect of the living God.

Both historical and eternal, the Lord presides over our current age of upheaval. Now, more than ever, our work of understanding his message is essential.

Christ willingly took the wrath of God upon himself to pay for our sins and suffered the agony of that sacrifice, after which he rose on the third day having freed those in Abraham's bosom. No greater love, nor greater courage, has any man shown apart from the Lord Almighty himself. By the fruits of his life, we know the remarkable courage and love of Jesus, the only begotten Son of God.

I repented of my sin at the age of 41 and put my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as my Savior and my God. Today, as a minor writer of essays and a visual artist, I am blessed to speak of God's glory and to praise his name. His titles include, but are not limited to, the following:

King of kings, Lord of lords, the Word of God, the Prince of Peace, the only Potentate, the Lamb of God, Light of the world, Majesty on high, the Way, the Truth, and the Life, the Savior, the Anointed, the only begotten Son of God, First Begotten of the dead, Lion of the Tribe of Judah, King of the Jews, Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the Ending.

His word, the King James Bible, awaits you.
