Quartzsite Digressions: A Photo Essay

A sense of dignity as well as desolation pervades this town, blue skies punctuating fallen buildings and the strange ironies of nomadic life. Walking through Quartzsite on my last outing, I photographed a handful of scenes that speak to my experience, reflecting a truly paradoxical environment.
