Language constructions often contain corresponding visual elements. In no small measure, ideas can assume shape, color, and texture in our minds as we read and write. Following this notion, I have collected some of my graphic designs to inspire your writing and thinking processes. If you wish, feel free to use them for your own apparel and coffee mug decoration.
As for my inspiration, I have studied a number of midcentury modern artists and designers informally, for a number of years, and experimented with digital as well as analog media.
The first part of this digital exhibition includes designs I created using Adobe, most of them being abstract depictions. In the second part, you will find more traditional pieces I composed from stock images, many of which were intended for apparel decoration and, of course, coffee mugs.
