Author Biography

A. M. Palmer's work appears in Adelaide Literary Magazine, The Packingtown Review, Midway Journal, Belle Ombre and other publications. Inroads: An Urban Park Anthology, published in 2020, is the author's first book. Palmer is currently at work on another book project, continuing with graphic design endeavors, and developing new creative writing course materials.

The author's research interests include architectural history and preservation, material culture studies, and literary criticism.

A. M. Palmer served as a park ranger with the City of San Diego from 2001 to 2022.
